Agder Kommunerevisjon IKS er et interkommunalt selskap eid av Kristiansand kommune, Agder fylkeskommune, Vennesla kommune, Iveland kommune, Evje og Hornnes kommune, Bygland kommune, Valle kommune og Bykle kommune.Revisjonskontoret ledes av revisjonsdirektør Tor Ole Holbek. Kontoret har for tiden  16 ansatte bestående  av statsautorisert revisorer, jurister, samfunnsvitere og doktorgrad i psykoanalyse.Vi utfører regnskapsrevisjon, forvaltningsrevisjon og selskapskontroll for alle eierkommunene. Vårt arbeid rapporteres til kontrollutvalgene som er direkte underlagt by/kommunestyrene og fylkestinget.Agder Kommunerevisjon har også revisjon av kommunale foretak, interkommunale selskaper, kirkeregnskap, stiftelser m.v.Revisjonen legger vekt på å være uavhengig. Uavhengighet er nødvendig for at revisjonen fritt skal kunne utføre objektiv kontroll og revisjon i hele den kommunale forvaltningen
