GBASO is more than just an indoor park! GBASO has been formed to provide a safe environment for area youth to expand their action sports progression, while sponsoring a culture of education and mentorship. We plan to provide an Indoor action sports complex for skateboarding, BMX, in-line skating, parkour, and rock climbing, combined with a learning lab to promote music, art, and technology as it relates to action sports! GBASO has been working with area schools to create co-curricular programs teaching basic to advanced lessons, giving kids access to instruction and creating different competition formats for the clubs to compete. The GBASO Skate Club has been held at Joannes Skatepark in Green Bay, the Indoor complex will provide year round access for students to participate, grow, and develop their skills! GBASO has gained great acceptance and traction while securing the donation of equipment from the Mid-West's premier Action Sports Camp, Lake Owen Camp.
