The team has a very keen understanding of online business in our sector and have divested of various properties and domains along the course of our journey where we took the decision the sale represented good value for the business a whole. Examples include sales of websites and domains to GiG (GamingInnovationGroup), XLMedia and Americas Cardroom. GameCo has secured VC backing from knowledgeable professionals within our industry and plans to float on a stock exchange in March 2022. The exchange currently cannot be named due, however this offering represents excellent value for retail and professional investors alike, as GameCo will likely float at 10%-20% of the market cap of key competitors and the board is confident we can soon equal or surpass our outlined competitors.
