- Set daily and hourly sending limits and delays between sends for every mailbox you connect to Apollo.
- Use the email status filter to only add verified email addresses to the emails in your Apollo sequences.
- Connect multiple mailboxes per user to send higher volumes of emails without putting your domain reputation at risk.
What are credits?
Credits are like your currency in Apollo for pulling contact information. Each plan has different credit limits for email addresses, exports, and mobile numbers.

- You use email credits to access a contact's verified personal or business email address.
- Unlimited email credits are subject to our Fair Use Policy.
- 1 email credit = 1 email request.
Mobile number credits
- You use mobile credits for all verified mobile numbers you access through Apollo.
- Mobile credits are separate from export credits and do not impact export credits.
- 1 mobile credit = 1 mobile request.
Export credits
- You use export credits for all the contact data you export from Apollo (e.g. CSV, CRM, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.). Exporting account data doesn't cost you credits.
- Apollo charges an export credit for all enrichment via API, CSV, or CRM, including data such as job title, number of employees, location, etc.
- 1 export credit = 1 contact request or enrichment.
